[tex-live] TL2015: problem with hyphenation files and creation of pdflatex.fmt and latex.fmt

You were right. It was an old language.dat in my personal texmf tree
that had dehypht-x-2008-06-18 marked as the latest hyphenation file for
german. I removed it, together with every other configuration file in my
personal texmf, and re-created the formats without any problem.
