hm, I don't see any so in my texlive 2015 pretest and in trunk/Master.
The only dso I see are dll and none is problematic (almost all 32bit apart
./texmf-dist/scripts/context/stubs/win64/mtxrun.dll:            PE32+
executable (DLL) (console) x86-64 (stripped to external PDB), for MS
Windows)
