Something I don't know why, I'm my system, /local and /usr/local
are like clones, equal. If I change something in one folder, the
 same happen in the other.
e.g

~ $ pwd
/home/henrique
~ $ ls /local/
bin      include  lib      man      share    texlive
~ $ ls /usr/local/
bin      include  lib      man      share    texlive
~ $ mv BTL.pdf /usr/local/
~ $ ls /usr/local/
BTL.pdf  bin      include  lib      man      share    texlive
~ $ ls /local/
BTL.pdf  bin      include  lib      man      share    texlive

And I think they aren't symlink.
~ $ file /local/
/local/: directory
~ $ file /usr/local/
/usr/local/: directory

But my texlive env. is now working,
