No, it is *easy* to find:

Henrique, here is a short recipe what you *SHOULD* do:
* build the binaries, put them into
        /foobar/mybins/
* get the installer package install-tl.tar.gz (or zip)
* unpack it
* run   
        install-tl -custom-bin /foobar/mybins
* during the installation configuration do NOT change
  anthing related to binaries!

That should give you a working installation
