[tex-live] XeTeX Chinese MWE no longer compiles on pretest

Not exactly either expected or unexpected, but no matter -- thanks for
the report.

The new latex.ltx defines \newXeTeXintercharclass (previously provided
by xelatex.ini), but not \xe at alloc@intercharclass and similar "internal"
control sequences.

Looking at xeCJK.sty (or .dtx), I cannot tell if \newXeTeXintercharclass
can be used.  I hope so.  Liu, Lee?  (Scott's full msg, with the minimal
