[tex-live] lineno.sty in humanities repo rather than base for some reason... can it be changed?

Very good to know, thanks. An Ubuntu release is scheduled for end of
Oct, so _maybe_ it will propagate by then, but probably a bit later.
I'll look out for the Debian update.
