[tex-live] an issue with running dvipdfmx from a makefile

I am compelled to write again to signal that

is a bug as it includes the space following tmp in TMPDIR variable 

I should have put my comment elsewhere.
I have to apologize for all this noise I am doing here, I should have studied a manual on  Makefile's  first
