[tex-live] xdvipdfmx and ghostscript 9.15

forgot to say that compilation of xelatex.fmt issued
a number of warnings about some "! Duplicate pattern."

(the context is the one of TL2014, not development
version, to which I have only moved dvipdfmx, xdvipdfmx
and xetex and dvipdfmx.cfg as obtained from the Build
script on the svn sources of svn texlive from a few hours back)
