[tex-live] texdoc and chemmacros

Adding this to texconf.cnf fixes the problem

	# chemmacros order of docs is a bit messed up
	adjscore(chemmacros) chemmacros_en.pdf = +1

Should better be committed to the original texdoc svn ...?
