    Can the order be changed? 

Well, this being software, anything is possible in theory :).

To date, I believe that what Manuel has programmed is if the the
documentation has a details="" attribute in the Catalogue, it is
prioritized.  In this case, all four manuals have details=, so I'm
guessing they are just presented alphabetically.

Manuel, perhaps a reasonable next refinement would be to prioritize the
one with a details string that matches the asked-for name (case
insensitive).  That would give the right results in this case anyway.
(Of course, texdoc patches are welcome from anyone.)

P.S. For the future, texdoc at tug.org is the best place for
texdoc-specific issues, being a focused/much smaller list.
