No. This does not work.

We do *NOT* provide a full installation of perl with all possible modules.

The shipped perl is guaranteed to work only for the builtin scripts
of the infrastructure (updmap etc) plus a few more.

But we do *not* go through each and every perl script and check if
all modules are available.
