[tex-live] "DVIOUT DVI viewer" menu entry permanently appears in main menu ("Start") on Windows

Hi,

on Windows (7 at least), a "DVIOUT DVI viewer" menu entry permanently
appears in both main menu ("Start") and TeX Live submenu ("Start" ->
All programs -> TeX Live 2013).

IMHO, this entry should be removed from the main menu.
