[tex-live] Install file of the TL should have unique name

OK, thanks. But I don't see neither this file nor its 'bin' directory
when running:

$ rsync -av --delete \ 
  rsync://rsync.tex.ac.uk/CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet/ tl-2013/
$ ls tl-2013/tlpkg/
installer/  TeXLive/  texlive.tlpdb  texlive.tlpdb.md5  texlive.tlpdb.xz
  tlperl/  translations/ 

Am I missing something?
