    Not sure if this is a psutils or a TL issue: psnup fails because it
    can't open config file:

It is a TL issue.  The new maintainer of psutils completely changed
paper size support (in fact, that was his original reason for working on
it), and we haven't hacked the installer to conform yet.  Soon.  Until
then, have to create the file by hand, as Akira wrote (thanks as always,
Akira.)

    | d:\home\siart>psnup -Pa5 -pa4 -2up telefon.ps telefon-2up.ps
    | can't open config file paper.cfg

It is too bad that it just aborts.  Oh well.
