[tex-live] TeX Live Utility (MacTeX)

Having worked-through the tlmgr changes over the last few days, there 
are still some issues with the TeX Live Utility window (on Mac, at least).

I have two MacBook Pro's:

On the first one, the spinning wheel stops after having completed:

...but on the second machine it does not, and still continues 
indefinitely after having pushed the "Stop" button:

...

On _both_ machines, however, the "Packages" button ("Refreshing list of 
all packages") hangs, and produces no such listing ... necessitating a 
'quit program' to stop the effort.
