[tex-live] Fixing tlmgr errors: Unknown docfile tag

I think you misunderstand.

In a directory with only update-tlmgr-latest.sh and
update-tlmgr-latest.sh.sha256 run:

$ sha256sum -c update-tlmgr-latest.sh.sha256
