[tex-live] tlmgr check all aborts quickly with pythontex error

Thanks Yusuke!  Worked for me.

Hopefully a "tlmgr update -all" will fix this in the future.  Although, I
think this issue broke that command.  Are some users trapped with an
un-updateable TeX Live distro now?
