[tex-live] Missing package in TeX Live

Thanks for writing.  I looked at it when you first released it.  As far
as I can tell, it wasn't self-locating, that is, those import statements
in pythontex.py would fail when run from TL.  So it seemed pointless to
add it.

If you want to make it work, probably using kpsewhich is the way to go
for the TL case.  As it happens, I just discussed this with the author
of the (not yet released) lilyglyphs packages, so if you look in this
mailing list's recent (this month) archives, my thoughts about how to do
it should be there.
