[tex-live] Problem with Babel

I am compiling my book with the new TexLive 2013, and I have got this error
message (I have deleted everything that I believe it is not relevant. I do
not give any example, as everything was working fine with TexLive2012, so
it is something new in TexLive2013 breaking the loop:

What is above might not be helpful, there are some problems between
BibLateX and Babel, this is what I understand. In TexLive2012 everything
works.
