[tex-live] laulatex quiting: fix your writable cache path

I've tested

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{graphicx}
\begin{document}
\includegraphics[width=0.9\textwidth]{1-4.jpg}
\end{document}

by lualatex on W32, and it worked fine.
Therefore I think there may be a problem in the binary you are using.
Tests by other people with the same OS are desirable.
