[tex-live] laulatex quiting: fix your writable cache path

Dear Akira,

Thanks for the info. This directory (~/.texlive2013/texmf-var in my case)
did not exist. (~/.texlive2o13 was there owner by root).
I manually make texmf-var and now

Now luaotfload-tool -f -u
seems to work fine.
But, the lualatex command is not working still I got the following error
