[tex-live] laulatex quiting: fix your writable cache path

Hi,

I just installed tl2013 I gote the following error while running lualatex

quiting: fix your writable cache path
The error come will loadling luaotfload-merge
I attached the log file.
The file is running fine with tl2012.
