[tex-live] Tikz/Microtype error

Hi,

I discovered what seems to be a bug in the my up to date TL2013.

The following example finishes with an error:
! Package tikz Error: Giving up on this path. Did you forget a 
semicolon?.

Leaving the Microtype package or the scshape out, stops the error.

Any hints? It did work in TL2012.
