[tex-live] xdvi not in texlive 2013 for Windows

Why don't you move towards working in PDF instead?

I used to also just work with xdvi on my linux box, but made the switch to a purely pdflatex based setup after I got Evince to support synctex.

I appreciate the two responses re dviout.exe.  This freezes on my PC.  It's not good.

There is excellent "dviout" for windows instead of xdvi.
