[tex-live] laulatex quiting: fix your writable cache path

wans't they mentioning a post release update to both pdftex and metapost? or has that actually already arrived?

There is no plan to update the TL2013 binaries, although distros might do
so.  The sources in svn://tug.org/texlive/branches/branch2013 have, however,
been updated and you can compile the binary from those.
