[tex-live] utf-8 encoding in outline

no idea though why the unicode options is not needed

This is the smallest input I was able to come up with:

\documentclass[a4paper,12pt,oneside]{book}
\usepackage{polyglossia}
\setmainlanguage{ukrainian}
\setotherlanguage{english}
\setmainfont{Linux Libertine O}
\usepackage[unicode]{hyperref}
\begin{document}
\chapter{Один}
\section{Два}
\section{Три}
\chapter{Чотири}
\end{document}

xelatex also writes to the stderr the following:

** WARNING ** Failed to convert input string to UTF16...
** WARNING ** Failed to convert input string to UTF16...
** WARNING ** Failed to convert input string to UTF16...
** WARNING ** Failed to convert input string to UTF16...

input, output and stdout log attached.
