[tex-live] tlmgr 2013 for OS X | undefined PATH in TLUtils.pm

Hello,

please ignore if already known (I'm not a subscriber to the list):

I found some odd error message in my logs:
> Can't exec "sysctl": No such file or directory at /usr/local/texlive/2013/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm line 302.
> Use of uninitialized value $sysctl in scalar chomp at /usr/local/texlive/2013/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm line 302.
> Use of uninitialized value $sysctl in split at /usr/local/texlive/2013/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm line 303.
> Use of uninitialized value $hw_64_bit in numeric ge (>=) at /usr/local/texlive/2013/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm line 305.

Apart from that, everything seems to work OK. sysctl is at /usr/sbin/sysctl on my system (OS X 10.6). Hard-coding the direct path seems to work for me so I changed line 302 and made a patch (TLUtils.pm.diff, attached). I hardly know anything about perl or programming in general so I don't know if that's a no-no...
