I advise *not* using the ISC license, not because it would be rejected,
but simply to avoid the questions which license-list.html raises about
it.  http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#ISC (Personally, I
don't agree with the analysis there, but that's beside the point.  The
point is that it's better to use licenses which no one has problems
with.)

If one wants a "simpler" license, there is Expat,
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#Expat.
But New BSD is pretty simple.

Anyway.  I hope we don't have to spend more time on this now ...
