It does. The BSD-2-clause is GPL and DFSG and Karl-Berry-compatible.
But I advise you to use the ISC-license instead:

"The ISC copyright is functionally equivalent to a two-term BSD
copyright with language removed that is made unnecessary by the Berne
convention."
