[tex-live] TL temp folder under windows

I think I got it working yesterday, by just altering Sieps w32client script a bit.

Your two tlmgr lines are interesting, but as far as I can see would not install the 'uninstaller'

I made the assumption that texmf-var and texmf-config would be in 'normal' position and ran the create_uninstaller

Seems to work fine.

I need to do a few tests though.

They should have been removed after successful installation.

They are not necessary (as the name temp says)

I don't think so, besides the desktop integration etc, see above.
