[tex-live] dvisvgm can't find libgs

The version of dvisvgm distributed with TeXLive 2012 can't seem to
find libgs automatically (if I point its location with --lib-gs
option, it works all right).  This happens to me on Debian 6 and
Fedora 16.

To check whether dvisvgm can access the ghostscript library, one can run
  $ dvisvgm -l
and see if the line "ps         dvips PostScript specials" is printed.
