[tex-live] Implementation of dvipsDownloadBase35 in the map files

Hi all.

CSTeX is now being updated by Petr Olsak. His new base PS fonts are
not implemented via virtual fonts but via reencoding. There are
currently two map files, one containing lines as

ptmr8z   Times-Roman      "XL2encoding ReEncodeFont" <xl2.enc

and the other containing lines as

ptmr8z NimbusRomNo9L-Regu "XL2encoding ReEncodeFont" <xl2.enc <utmr8a.pfb

updmap(-sys) offers options dvipsDownloadBase35, pdftexDownloadBase14,
LW35. Is it possible to prepare the map files in such a way that they
will obey these options?
