i don't see that, using texdoc on my machine (admittedly a linux machine
-- i do have a widnoze machine, but (a) it's currently not working, and
(b) i use miktex on it rather than tex live).  texdoc gives me
XeTeX-reference.pdf

the first item in the section the bm of that takes me to a section about
commands for importing graphics into your document (sort of like the
\special commands many of us are used to, from working with dvips).
