Hi Raphael,

not to my knowledge.  I would, however, assume that you just have to compile
everything from source (either TL'11 as distributed or TL'12 development
from SVN).  This could be done with a native compiler on Android or with a
suitable cross compiler and associated tools for Android running, e.g., on
Linux.  In both cases running configure and make should suffice and work out
of the box.
