[tex-live] gswin32.exe cannot find pstricks-add.pro

Hi there.

I've a problem with a TeXLive 2011 installation on Windows 7.  It is a 
fresh installed machine with only TeXLive 2011 on it.  If I try to 
compile a test file

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{pst-all}
\begin{document}
Hello World!
\end{document}

and open it with dviout.exe, dviout says "Cannot find 
'pstricks-add.pro'.  I nailed this down to gswin32.exe, but I have no 
idea how to solve this.

Any hints?
