[tex-live] Strange behaviour between two Macs

Jörg, please follow up with me offlist if you are willing to help debug this; TeX Live Utility should not freeze, and I'd like to find out what's going on and fix this.  I'll need a sample from Activity Monitor (double-click TeX Live Utility) and the session log from TeX Live Utility.
