[tex-live] Translation file of install-tl is wrongly named.

Hello,

When I install TL2012 pretest on Windows, an error occurred:
    Sorry, no translations available for zh_cn (nor zh); falling back to English.
    Make sure that you have the package "texlive-msg-translations" installed.
I looked into the directory "install-tl-20120611\tlpkg\translations\", and find:
    zh-cn.po
    zh-tw.po
But it should be zh_cn.po (an underscore rather than a hyphen). I renamed
the file then the error is gone, and the language is correct.

So, please rename the Perl translation files for Chinese for TeX Live. Thanks.
