[tex-live] package updates only on request

Hmmm, I've just updated pl.po and corrected texlive-pl and put on svn.
But some hours ago I also uploaded to CTAN an updated TeX Gyre Pagella 
Math (v. 1.008), so please take it to TL when CTAN Team kindly install 
that.
