[tex-live] tl package update freeze imminent

With the new version of asymptote released (and updated on many TL
platforms already), I expect to stop taking package updates from CTAN
very soon -- I'll say that Saturday night (June 2) will be last with all
regular updates, barring unexpected problems.

After that we'll have a few days for testing and doc cleanups before the
final freeze and images.

At this point I don't expect further binary updates or rebuilds.
