[tex-live] "forcibly removed"??

It seems that entry for these two packages in the TeX LIve database
has disappeared, which would be strange if the files are still
there, but well.

Best is simply to reinstal them
	tlmgr install biblatex-dw context-gnuplot
then everything should be fine again.

Bit longer explanation:
tlmgr ensures that if you install a collection, then all the dependencies
are installed, too. If you try to remove a package that is refereneced
in a collection, it will tell you that it cannot remove it out of this
reason. But you can force it by doing a remove --force. Now tlmgr 
* if a package is not present
* and the package is referenced in an installed collection
* and this collection is *not* updated
--> then it is considered forcibly removed
(if the last point does not hold, the package will be considered new
and auto-installed)
