[tex-live] Installation problem? checksum mismatch

Please, provide full minimal (not) working example! This example works
fine:

with both latex+dvips and pdflatex. Try to make (small) minimal (not)
working example, run it throught latex and pdflatex then send results.

P.S. As reference, this is MD5SUM of zplmr7y.vf on my host:
