[tex-live] Error with LuaLaTeX after last update

After the last update via tlmgr (actually TeX Live Utility I'm not able to run lualatex.
With "lualatex" from the command line and \relax at the prompt, I get

    Could not undump 27303 1-byte item(s): <fd:3>: unexpected end of file.

If I run manually

    fmtutil-sys --byfmt lualatex

I get

    /usr/texbin/fmtutil: line 374: 47632 Segmentation fault      ${1+"$@"}
