[tex-live] XITS version hasn't been upgraded yet

that's not a ctan site.

on tlcontrib?  what's that to do with anything? -- remember tl has no
control of tlcontrib, and tlcontrib shouldn't used except for specific
packages not otherwise available (like dev builds of luatex).

i've just re-checked a couple of those, and i agree.

(i've also confirmed that cambridge holds v 1.010 -- which in its turn
confirms that tl has the right version.)
