tested with a new user how came by

-v -v: D:found lang codes value = 0406, 
lm=da;@%SystemRoot%\system32\mlang.dll, -4382...

+ perl crash

same with --lang=en (including crash)

--lang=de

was not tested (I read it as --lang=da, which crashed), but it usually works


tested with install-tl-20111130
