[tex-live] Error message with new TeXLive 2011 installation

Dear Folks,

Pardon me please if this is something that has already been reported.

On installing TeXLive 2011 from from a torrent-derived DVD, all went 
well on initial installation.

On updating with

	tlmgr update --all

I get the following error message:

fmtutil: /localhost/texlive/2011/texmf-var/web2c/pdftex/pdfxmltex.fmt 
installed.

fmtutil: Error! Not all formats have been built successfully.

   /localhost/texlive/2011/texmf-var/web2c

This is a summary of all `failed' messages:
`eptex -ini  -jobname=eptex -progname=eptex *eptex.ini' failed

Is this something that may be safely ignored, or is there something I 
need to do?
