[tex-live] source3.pdf has disappeared from TeX Live

expl3 was updated on sunday morning.  when i was checking the catalogue
i noticed that source3.pdf had gone.

i told joseph, and late sunday evening he sent another revision with
source3 reinstated.  presumably tl's expl3 package was built from a
mirror copy taken between the times i installed the two updates.

i assume source3 will reappear tomorrow morning.
