There are, in fact, three of these :

D:tlmgr: warn, relocated bit set for curve2e, but that is wrong!
D: done texshade.r17314.tar.xz, size 753340, 450096e968a8b76bd07419fc887a8fa5
D:tlmgr: warn, relocated bit set for textpos, but that is wrong!

C:\Program Files\Microsoft.NET\SDK\v2.0>tlmgr install --reinstall curve2e
tlmgr: package repository http://anorien.csc.warwick.ac.uk/mirrors/CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet
[1/1, ??:??/??:??] reinstall: curve2e [214k]
tlmgr: package log updated at E:/TeX/Live/2010/TeXMF/Var/web2c/tlmgr.log
running mktexlsr ...
done running mktexlsr.

C:\Program Files\Microsoft.NET\SDK\v2.0>tlmgr install --reinstall texshade, textpos
tlmgr: package repository http://mirror.ox.ac.uk/sites/ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet
package texshade, not present in package repository.
[1/1, ??:??/??:??] reinstall: textpos [284k]
tlmgr: package log updated at E:/TeX/Live/2010/TeXMF/Var/web2c/tlmgr.log
running mktexlsr ...
done running mktexlsr.

Could this be related to the fact that I have had TeXworks
open throughout much of this dialogue ?
