[tex-live] setting up babel in TeX-Live - language selection

Thanx for that tip and perhaps I found a small bug, because I get an error:

running fmtutil-sys --byhyphen  ...

fmtutil-sys --byhyphen  failed (status 100), output:
Invalid argument.

running fmtutil-sys --byhyphen
C:/texlive/2009/texmf-var/tex/generic/config/language.def ...
done running fmtutil-sys --byhyphen
C:/texlive/2009/texmf-var/tex/generic/config/language.def.

And babel is still loading all the languages.

btw: Path is set to:
Path=C:\Program
Files\gs\8.71\bin;C:\texlive\2009\bin\win32;C:\texlive\2009\tlpkg\tlperl\bin;C:\Windows\System32;C:\Windows
