where are you "calling" from?

fwiw, randy's done work on the re-router, which did have a brief period
of "doing it right" for me, but on further adjustment ended up giving me
ftp.heanet.ie (or some such).  that was well before 0300 bst.

this morning (0730 bst, or so) it's back to giving me ftp.tex.ac.uk
