[tex-live] otibet package

i've had uploaded for my "document ctan" project a bunch of pdf files
which relate to otibet.

however, i see no current sign of otibet on ctan, except as a tex live
package.  (though i note it also appears in the obsolete fptex dist, but
i'm not about to update that...)

if they would be of any use for tl, please let me know how best i can
pass them along.
